Jan Bettersworth serves as a Leader in Me Coach/Consultant at Education Service Center – Region 20. In her role, she assists Leader in Me schools with the implementation of an action-oriented, data-driven school improvement process to ensure measurable results in the areas of leadership, culture, and academics.
She has 28 years of experience as an educator, campus principal, and professional consultant, and has successfully implemented Leader in Me on campuses as a principal. She is passionate in providing educators with the support and skill that will help them to increase effectiveness both on campus and in their personal lives.
